Users may post reviews, messages, job descriptions and other content. You are responsible for the content you post. We may remove content that is abusive, illegal, or violates these Terms, and we may suspend or ban users who repeatedly break the rules.

5. Account suspension and bans

We may suspend or ban your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, harassment, spam or other harmful behaviour. Banned users are not allowed to create new accounts.

6. Limitation of liability

We provide this platform “as is”, without any guarantees. We are not responsible for any loss, damage or dispute that arises between clients and workers, including unpaid work, poor quality work, or any offline incidents. You use the platform at your own risk.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new Terms.
