Welcome to FixNa ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FixNa platform, website, and services.

By registering for an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use FixNa.

Important: FixNa is a platform that connects clients with workers. We do not employ workers, provide services directly, or handle payments between users.

• "Platform" refers to the FixNa website and any related services
• "Client" refers to users who post jobs or hire workers
• "Worker" refers to service providers who offer their skills
• "User" refers to any person using the platform (client or worker)
• "Job" refers to any service request posted by a client
• "Content" refers to any text, images, or data uploaded to the platform

To use FixNa, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using our services under Nigerian law
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, current information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining your password security
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use
• One person may only create one account

4.2 Worker Verification

• Workers must submit location verification photos
• Verification does not guarantee work quality or safety
• We reserve the right to reject verification requests
• False information may result in account suspension

5.1 For Clients

• Post jobs with accurate descriptions and requirements
• Respond to worker inquiries in a timely manner
• Pay workers directly as agreed upon
• Leave honest reviews after job completion

5.2 For Workers

• Create accurate profiles showcasing your skills
• Only apply to jobs you are qualified to complete
• Communicate professionally with clients
• Complete jobs as agreed upon
• Request payment according to agreed terms

7.1 Direct Payment Between Users

FixNa does not process payments. Clients and workers arrange payment directly between themselves.

7.2 Platform Fees

• Basic platform use is free
• We may introduce premium features in the future
• Any fees will be clearly communicated before charging

7.3 Payment Disputes

FixNa is not responsible for payment disputes between users. We encourage users to:

• Agree on payment terms in writing before starting work
• Get receipts for all payments
• Report non-payment issues for our records

8.1 No Employment Relationship

Workers are independent contractors. FixNa does not:

• Employ workers
• Control how workers perform services
• Provide worker benefits, insurance, or taxes
• Guarantee worker availability or quality

8.2 No Guarantee of Services

We do not guarantee:

• That jobs will be completed
• The quality of work performed
• That payments will be made
• The accuracy of user-provided information
• The conduct or safety of any user

8.3 Platform Availability

• The platform is provided "as is"
• We may experience downtime or technical issues
• We may modify or discontinue features at any time
• We are not liable for service interruptions

9.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you upload
• You grant us a license to display your content on the platform
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to uploaded content
• You must not upload copyrighted material without permission

9.2 Our Content

• FixNa owns all platform design, code, and branding
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Our logo and trademarks are protected

• Reviews must be honest and based on actual experience
• You may not post fake or malicious reviews
• We may remove reviews that violate our policies
• You may not offer incentives for positive reviews
• We are not responsible for the content of user reviews

Your use of FixNa is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

12.1 By You

• You may close your account at any time
• Contact us to request account deletion

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Receive multiple reports from other users
• Provide false information
• Harm the platform or other users

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• FixNa is not liable for any damages arising from platform use
• We are not responsible for disputes between users
• We are not liable for lost income, data, or opportunities
• Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us (if any)
• We are not liable for third-party actions or content

You agree to indemnify and hold FixNa harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Content you upload to the platform
• Your interactions with other users

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts.

• We will notify users of significant changes
• Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms
