General
- What is FixNa? FixNa is an online platform that connects clients who need help with trusted local workers who can do the job. We provide profiles, job posts, messaging and reviews – you and the worker handle payment directly.
- Is FixNa free to use? Creating an account is free for both clients and workers. In the future FixNa may introduce optional paid features or commissions, but any changes will be communicated clearly.
- Where is FixNa available? FixNa currently focuses on selected cities and areas. When you sign up, you will see if your location is supported. We plan to expand gradually based on demand.
For clients
- How do I hire a worker? Create a client account, post a job with details and budget, or browse workers directly. Chat with workers who respond, agree on the price and timing, then meet to complete the job.
- How do I choose the right worker? Check their profile, skills, photos of past work, ratings and reviews from other clients. You can also ask questions in chat before confirming anything.
- How do payments work? Payments are made directly between you and the worker using any method you both agree on (cash, transfer, etc.). FixNa does not currently process or hold your money.
For workers
- How do I get jobs on FixNa? Sign up as a worker, complete your profile and upload clear photos of your work. Apply for suitable jobs and respond quickly to clients who message you.
- How can I get more clients? Keep your profile complete, respond on time, arrive when you promise, and do quality work. Good reviews and repeat clients will help you stand out.
- Does FixNa employ workers? No. Workers on FixNa are independent service providers. You set your own prices and choose which jobs to accept.
Safety & issues
- How does FixNa keep users safe? We encourage profile verification, clear communication inside the app and honest reviews after each job. Always meet in safe, public or well‑known locations when possible and trust your instincts.
- What if there is a dispute or problem? First, try to resolve it directly between client and worker. If you need to report serious behaviour or share feedback, please contact FixNa support with full details of what happened.
