Safety on this platform

This platform connects clients and workers across Nigeria. We do not handle payments. Please follow these safety guidelines to protect yourself and others.

For clients (people hiring workers)

Protect yourself when hiring and paying for jobs:

  • Always meet the worker in person before paying for a job, especially for big jobs.
  • Do not pay 100% upfront. Use part payment and pay the balance when work is done.
  • Never share your ATM card PIN, one‑time passwords (OTP) or banking passwords with anyone.
  • Check the worker’s verification badge and reviews before you decide.
  • Use the in‑app chat to communicate first so admin can investigate if there is a problem.
  • Be careful with very low prices that sound too good to be true.

For workers (service providers)

Protect yourself, your time and your payment:

  • Agree clearly on the job, price, and timeline before you start work.
  • For bigger jobs, do not start with zero deposit. Ask for a reasonable part payment.
  • Do not share your BVN, ATM card PIN, or banking passwords with any client.
  • Use the in‑app chat so that there is a record if there is a dispute.
  • Trust your instincts: if something feels wrong, walk away and report it to support.

What we do to support safety

  • Email verification for all accounts.
  • Worker verification using location photos and admin approval.
  • Ratings and reviews for workers.
  • Admin can review chats and job details when there is a report.
  • Support tickets for reporting fraud, abuse or safety issues.
  • We can ban users who repeatedly break our rules.
